(More customer reviews)I bought this as an experimental bar. And exactly as I stated, it was an experiment. First, I had to acclimate my ride position to such a narrow set. Then I got use to the quick play in the turns and corners. After all that were behind me, I started to appreciate the bar. It made my bike more manueverable and quicker, because it modified my ride position. It also made you more atune to the bike itself. I am satisfied with the small bar because it allows for an exciting ride experience on my racer. (you will have to tune your ride position with this handlebar. Your body tune for the previous bar will no longer work for you.) Bottom line is: You will have to get use to the compactness, but your ride will become much more exciting once you make the tune transition.

The EC70 Ergo Handlebar from Easton has a slim profile that helps you shave valuable milliseconds off your splits. Like all of Easton's carbon bars, the EC70 Ergo is light, strong and stiff, but the secret of this bar lies in its perfect balance of grip comfort and aerodynamics. The wing-shaped top tube provides a wide, contoured platform for efficient long-distance cruising, then slices easily through the air when you're cranking hard on the drops. Of course, the EC70 Ergo's refined design mates seamlessly with Campagnolo, SRAM and Shimano controls.Product Features
