(More customer reviews)This rack will not fit 700C or 29" bikes (i.e. hybrids). The front connection arms are too short. If you do install it on one of these bikes, the rack will tilt forward about 30 degrees and the seat will overhang the first 4 inches or so. As with most Planet Bike products, it is well made but did not work for my bike. I would say for a mountain bike or one with smaller tires that this item would work.
