Selle Italia SLR T1 Saddle Review

I have tried MANY high dollar seats but have not been happy with any of them and always ended up back on my factory Bontraeger seat. I need a saddle that is fairly flat, not raised or rounded like the Fizik's are. Even their "tri" saddle was too rounded and got very uncomfortable after about 2-3 hours of riding.
I was doing some searching and found the new SLR T1 Model from Selle Italia, and based on the pictures and descriptions, I figured I'd give it a shot. I got it within a few days and loved it instantly! It is fairly light, super flat, and has a slightly wider nose then most seats out there, so it's not putting any unwanted pressure anywhere and even has a slight indention to help with that. I have put several hundred miles on it in the last month and a half, have had no numbness and have been very happy! It has a bit of gel throughout the seat and in the nose, so that it gives just enough, yet is firm and stable for hard seated efforts. It is great for short and long rides, male or female.
