I recently installed some Continental 4000 clinchers (700C), and read in a couple online forums that these were notoriously difficult tires to stretch onto the wheels. I don't know if I would have been able to get them on without this Crank Brothers Speed Lever. I may have gotten them on with another tool, but with much greater risk to damaging very expensive rims. This tool is simple to use, and makes most tire removal and install issues a snap.
