(More customer reviews)The compartment is very roomy and can hold tubes, levers, CO2 tanks, etc. However, the velcro strap around the seatpost has caused me some problems.
I ride on a Specialize Toupe saddle, which is very narrow and has minimal padding. This allows my thigh to run inward toward the seatpost a little more than a more generous saddle would. There has been a tremendous amount of rubbing on the velcro strap. Because the strap has relatively sharp edges, it actually caused a hole in my very expensive Descente shorts on a recent century ride.
If you ride a padded, wider saddle, this shouldn't be a problem, but if you ride a narrow, thin saddle, you might want to look elsewhere for your saddle bag. Most likely you'll need something with a strap that attaches closer to the underside of the saddle or without a strap at all.
