(More customer reviews)The packaging was horrible. There were holes in the box. Although the holes were far from where the handle bar was placed, the handlebar has some scratches and chipped paint as well as other parts of the bicycle.
A little concerned too because the bicycle has no brakes... we have not assembled it yet but I hope it's got pedal brakes. It's for an 8-yr-old boy who owned a 20-inch bike before. If it doesn't have pedal brakes, then I guess we have to spend extra to get front and back grip brakes...
