(More customer reviews)If you're like me, and don't just ride your bike on dirt trails, but take your chances in the concrete jungle, you need a pedal like this one. Everyone who rides in the city knows, that you don't always get to pick and choose where and when you're going to stop. Cars pull out in front of you. Doors open etc. That sickening feeling you get, when you come to an abrupt stop, feet locked into clips, and the lovely helpless fall to the ground as you try to twist your feet out in a split second. Sure, some of us have amazing reflexes, and can get out of any predicament, but mere mortals rely on a pedal with reversable surfaces. That's the compromise with this pedal. It's more difficult to clip in, but helps reduce those ugly falls on pavement.
