(More customer reviews)I have used this pump on the road for a repair, and it worked well. It pumped up to around 70 psi with no issues, and could have gone further, but that was enough for my 85psi 32mm tires. I purchased this pump specifically to store inside my seat post. That is right, I read about pumps, and some reviewers commented on now a pump is no good if someone steals it. It occured to me that some pumps could fit into a seat post. I have a fairly large seat post about 31mm. This pump fits inside the seat post itself, and is held in place with some adhesive based hook and loop fastner (easy to install, and easy to get loose). I do not worry about the pump being stolen, or being damaged when I pick up the bike or bump into things. It is even slightly less weight (no aluminum mount device needed). If I have to repair a flat, I get out my multi-tool to remove the wheel, and first use it to loosen and remove the seat. I undo the hook/loop fastener and remove the pump from the seat/post assembly, no big deal. Of course you race fans won't want the added time, but you'll want a co2 based system anyway.
