(More customer reviews)I have used a variety of the fusion 2 line (Triathlon, Kevlar, Ultras) and I have yet to be disappointed. If you shop around online you can find these for a steal of a price. I used these as commuter tires and training tires. Though rain and sun, potholes and glass, these tires stuck in there with me and never quit. I did get some pinch flats at first but a little rim tape fixes those problems right up and I imagine that will vary from rim to rim. The best part about these tires is I have never once needed a tool to put on / take off the tire. This makes changing your tube out quite easy on the road god you get a flat. I put about 1,500 miles on my first set before they were stolen. As soon as I got another bike, I striped the tires that came with it and threw these on before the first ride. I will never buy another tire, even at 5x bucks a tire, this is a steal of a deal.
I have read some reviews out there that say that the fusion 2s don't corner very well. I was rolling year round in the Vancouver usually going as fast as I could even in the rain and not once did my wheels slip out from under me and thankfully so since I like to circumvent traffic on the occasion. Even with the triathlon tire, the side walls were very grippy during my hard corners through wet intersections.
