After I got the first one (in my the mail) I immediately order two more just in case I lost one of them. If you are rather large, don't worry, this strap will fit you. It employs the usual velco fastener but also utilizes a buckle type device to make sure you get a good secure fit. When you use this product, you will never have to stop and refasten it, as the strap stays put. I highly recommend this product.
