The heart of the Roc Loc 5 is this ratcheting, micro-adjusting dial. A simple, two-finger twist of the Micro Dial opens or closes the retention system and each click is audible. 2) Three-Position Vertical Fit - It's never been easier to change vertical positions and fine-tune fit. We incorporated a three-position bracket that features 15-millimeters of precise up/down movement. Like the Micro Dial, this system can be adjusted without removing the helmet. 3) Carefully crafted ergonomic arms are shaped to be as comfortable as possible, yet work flawlessly with Giro eyewear (what we call Super Fit engineering). 4) Dual Pods - These two panels are designed to firmly grasp the back of your head while comfortably cradling the occipital lobe. Gore Bike Wear Race Power III Thermo Overshoe Review

(More customer reviews)Put these on for the first time today, outside temperature was 45 degrees. Toes and feet were very warm, could easily keep my feet warm well down into the 30's. Overshoe fits well over my Sidis, bought the large and they fit easily over my size 9 shoe. Construction of the Overshoe seems good, and should last a long time.

(More customer reviews)This is an excellent helmet and it works too. I gave it a crash test last month when I was hit by a car (I was doing 25 mph) and hit my head hard on the asphalt. The helmet didn't break or crack and I didn't suffer any type of head injuries. I was so impressed, I replaced it with the same model. The fit is great and I wore it on a 200 mile one day ride without any discomfort. It isn't a cheap helmet, but what kind of price do you put on your life?
The Garmin color isn't bad either.

The Ionos is the most technologically advanced road cycling helmet Giro has ever created. The Ionos is built around a proprietary in-mold composite sub-frame (ICS) that provides the strength to support 21 of the largest vents ever carved into a bike helmet.
