(More customer reviews)I wanted a saddle bag to go over my rear bike rack. I found this product on Amazon and it was what I had been searching for in bike stores. I like the reflector strips on the back. The bag has a durable, black heavy nylon fabric which is easy to clean. You get mud splatters and road dirt from ridding in rain. The bags fit over the rear wheel and hangs down to about the middle of the rear wheel. I put items in the bags when I go out for a day trip. When I stop there are five zippered pockets so I can get things out without unpacking the whole pack. I highly recommend this product.

(More customer reviews)To help visualize, the horizontal space of the main compartment of this trunk is big enough to tightly carry two plastic gallons of milk and there is a vertical separator panel with velcro ends to sort into 2 loads. The vertical space of the main compartment will allow the zipper to close with a milk container in the rear, but as the front slopes downward, there's not quite enough clearance in the front of the trunk for the top of the second milk container.
The side pocket space is pretty narrow due to the rigid molding which gives the bag a neat and trim appearance -- don't plan on putting anything much more than an inch wide if you want to be able to zipper close. Otherwise don't forget to bring a bungie cord or two (always a good idea) in which case the top of the pocket opens to about 5 inches before being held at that width by side expanders on the front and back. I would have rather had the rigid sides confined to the main compartment or had the side pockets otherwise engineered to zipper close around wider objects.
Plenty of places to strap the trunk down if you don't have a Topeak MTX bike rack, but it's pretty slick if you do have one. Just slide and go and use the included carrying strap if you want to use it as a small shopping carrier.
A bit pricey, but a nice product overall.

It's pretty small, but large enough for an experienced "credit card" bike tourer to use for trips of several days, perhaps as long as a week in warm dry weather. The nicest feature is the mounting system, it sides on and off the Topeak Beam Rack in a flash.

(More customer reviews)I was looking for bags that were spacious enough for me to go to the grocery store and also to carry miscellaneous stuff like clothes, shoes... and this one is just perfect. It measures 12" long, 10" wide and 7" deep. It has a handle for carrying it and is easy to strap it to the rack. However, I leave it on all the time.
It works well with the "Ventura Universal Bicycle carrier rack" (my bike tires are 26 inch.)
