(More customer reviews)Ok first the good. I weigh 200 lbs. have ridden these wheels for 7 seasons, have not had to true them even once. There have been a few times when I've accidentally smacked these wheels really hard and I was sure I bent a rim but nope, they run true as when new. They are light, spin up really fast from a stop or passing and great for climbing. They are also very comfortable, seem to absorb some road shock. Easy to maintain, I've never opened the hubs or adjusted them, I just pump some Finish Line grease into the grease ports till it runs out the ends, wipe off the excess and ride 'em. I grease them about twice a year, takes about 2 minutes.
Ok now for the bad stuff, parts (if you can find them) are super expensive. To rebuild both wheels with new rims and spokes cost $700, I paid $750 for them. Worse than that though is rear rims have been on back order all year, nobody can get them (and I need one, the sidewalls are worn paper thin from braking.) I have around 25k miles on them. Bottom line, since I can't get a rear rim I'm going to switch to Rolf Prima Vigor RS, at least I can get them rebuilt at the local factory in Eugene, Oregon when the need arises. Too bad, I really do like the Neutrons.
