(More customer reviews)My impression of this tire is a bit mixed. It certainly is heavier than the old Stelvio foldable and it's a shame that a folding version is not available for the 451 tire size. When pumped up to 110 PSI it seems to roll well, however at lower pressures I feel it is slow. From a performance standpoint I find the Panaracer Minit Lites to be a much faster and lighter tire. However the Panaracers are not puncture resistance and very difficult to remove, especially when it's cold. Time will tell how the Schwalbe does in terms of puncture resistance and ease of removal to fix a flat.... I've put about 500 miles on them so far and they are showing signs of wear but no flats yet. I doubt I'll get more than 2-3K miles out of them...
I'll post more as I learn more. In the meantime, we need to lobby Schwalbe to make a lightweight folding version of this tire!

Schwalbe Durano Bicycle Tires are The right choice for high mileage purposes. The Dual Compound offers great grip for training on wet winter roads. It has the proven RaceGuard protection belt. Under normal conditions – i.e. not loaded, on-road and under ordinarybraking - expected tread life should be over 6,500 mi (10,000 km).
