(More customer reviews)I am a dedicated cyclist and have numerous shorts and skorts to wear on my bike but the padding in the Pearl Izumi is by far exceptional! the skirt is so cute too - it also detatches so I can wear the skirt as a cover up for swimsuit or another pair of shorts and I can wear the shorts as a liner for padding with other things. I got a small and I am 112 pounds 5'4". It fits perfectly so I would say it's true to size. I am a cheapskate so the purchase was with trepidation - but no regrets at all. I would order again definitely and recommend highly.

Carmichael Training Systems CTS Cycling for Fitness DVD Review

I find myself getting bored with video workouts after a short time, but this one is very challenging and keeps you on track because you can see and feel results. The CTS coach is encouraging and helpful. This is a great buy for cyclists wanting to stay in shape over the winter or to gain ground in fitness while indoors. I would highly recommend it.

Shimano SM-SH51 SPD Cleat Sets Review

(More customer reviews)I bought these cleats for my son who is in BMX. I was really lost when I decied to buy these. We bought him a pair last year and the cleats broke right out of his shoes and we had to buy new shoes and new cleats and I had no idea what I doing. I was able to learn a lot from the discription of the cleats and ended up buying the right set. They are so easy to put on the shoes. They come with directions but I really didn't need them. They have been worn at every race this year (about 20) and they have held on great. They look as good as when I put them on. I have no complaints.
